Cibo molto buono con porzioni abbondanti, l'ideale per chi ama mangiare tanto. Non c'è affatto il rischio di tornare a casa con la fame. Prezzi giusti a mio avviso per la qualità offerta. Was in Bologna for 5 days went to a great park were they were doing some live music and found a booth where these guys and gals were set up. Was a little skeptical at first being from Tennessee but it looked good and smelled good so gave it a try. It was outstanding! They did a great job! You could tell the smoke was clean during the cook . No bitter rancid smoked flavor, and bark was good . It tasted great! Nice smoke ring, even though I generally care about that unless the smoke has been dirty, and the moisture level in the fork was fantastic! If You're in Italy and you want a taste of what southern barbecue is like, check them place out! Delicioso! Great work y'all! ”
